We are continuing to provide services while committed to the health and safety of our communities

Family Support Center remains dedicated to serving our Chippewa Valley communities in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Telephone calls and scheduled telephone/video conference appointments are welcome and strongly encouraged. As always, we continue to be available 24-7 for support and advocacy. We can provide extensive services over the phone and through video conferencing:

· Counseling

· Individual and systems advocacy

· Restraining order assistance and preparation

· Safety planning

· Sheltering

· Support during sexual assault exams

· Developing coping strategies

· Information and referral

Tele-services and video conferences are not just for emergencies, and not limited to people we’ve worked with before. If you need someone to listen – call us!

Our telephone services are always open!

If tele-services are unsafe or difficult for you, Family Support Center staff are available Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 to respond to the needs of our clients. Those who do come to our office will need to wear a mask (provided) and respect social distancing guidelines. To reach the Eau Claire Sexual Assault Office, please call 715-830-0188.

River Source Family Center will continue to offer tele-services.

These changes will remain in effect until further notice. We will continue to post any changes on our website as well as Facebook page. Please remember that we do not utilize Facebook Messenger for advocacy services. It is not confidential and not constantly monitored by an Advocate.
